Notification of partial structure over traffic

Use the form below to notify the Bridge Inventory Management Unit (BIMU) about a new partially completed structure spanning over traffic. This form is all that is required; a clearance form does not need to be sent with this notification. BIMU will use the clearances listed on the plan until the structure is completed.
