New road opens Fri, Sept. 8

The five-month detour will lift and the new smoother road surface will open to all travelers by 3 p.m. Fri, Sept. 8.

MnDOT thanks the public for their patience during this 2023 roadwork project on Hwy 301/Minnesota Blvd.

Current

Hwy 301/Minnesota Blvd. is closed. Detour via 15th Ave. SE and Hwy 10.

The road will reopen Sept. 8.

Watch for workers and equipment as they wrap-up the project through Sept.15.

• Reconstruct the road surface between 15th Ave. SE and Hwy 10
• Update underground storm sewer and roadside drainage

Minnesota State Highway 301 will become part of the city of St. Cloud—Minnesota Blvd. by 2024.
