- Constructed three ramps (including the northwest, northeast, and southwest corners) at the intersection of Highway 23 and Kandiyohi County Road 5 in Willmar
Traffic impacts
- All three new ramps are open.
- Travelers can no longer access 19th Ave SW from Hwy 23 as the intersection has been closed permanently.
