I-94 St. Michael to Albertville

Project description
This project will expand Interstate 94 from four lanes to six lanes, reduce travel delay by more than 330 hours per day, reduce crashes, improve access at three interchanges, and improve drainage along the corridor. Specifically, the project proposes to complete the following:
- Reconstruction of approximately 6 miles from west of CSAH 19 in Albertville to TH 241 in St. Michael
- Replacement of I-94 bridges over CSAH 19
- Construction of eastbound collector-distributor road between CSAH 19 and CSAH 37
- Construction of an additional travel lane on eastbound and westbound I-94 between CSAH 37 and TH 241
- Reconstruction of the interchange and bridge at I-94/TH 241
- Construction of stormwater basins
The approximate cost of the project is $65 million.

Oversight
This project will utilize the same oversight team as the I94 Monticello to Clearwater project.
