About this project
Crews redesigned the intersection at Washington Ave. and N. 3rd Ave. in Minneapolis, added a left turn lane to Washington Ave. from I-394, and rebuilt the ramps to and from I-394. The intersection had a history of safety issues for pedestrians, and motorists that turn left at this intersection from Washington Ave. on to I-394.
