Survey opens for feedback on Highway 169 in the north metro

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation is conducting a survey to better understand travel experiences on Highway 169, between Highway 55 and 101st Ave. N.

The study encompasses the cities of Golden Valley, Plymouth, New Hope, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn
Center and Osseo.

State and regional transportation plans identify this section of Highway 169 as:

  • An important road for mobility and infrastructure improvements.
  • Recognized by state and community leaders as a critical link for schools, businesses, and freight and passenger transportation.
  • A primary connecting road, with this section carrying 60,000-75,000 vehicles a day.

MnDOT is requesting feedback from residents and commuters on their travel experiences on Highway 169 to help it make informed decisions and enhance the transportation infrastructure.
The survey, which is confidential, takes a few minutes to complete. The survey closes Tuesday, Aug. 8 and is available at this link:
