Hwy 41 resurfacing in Chaska and Chanhassen starts July 10

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Crews will begin resurfacing Hwy 41 through Chaska and Chanhassen at 7 a.m. Monday, July 10, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Watch for short-term temporary closures of Hwy 41, with traffic controlled by flagging, between Hwy 5 and Pioneer Trail.

Then, beginning Monday, July 24, Hwy 41 will be closed for up to 20 days from just south of 82nd Street to just north of Lyman Boulevard for culvert replacement. During this time, drivers will be detoured along roads including Hwy 5, Lyman Boulevard, Galpin Boulevard, Norex Drive and 82nd Street.

Crews are resurfacing Hwy 41 between Pioneer Trail and Hwy 5, replacing the traffic signal at 82nd Street and making additional improvements along Hwy 41. Once complete, travelers will have a smoother ride and improved safety and accessibility.
