Hwy 23 culvert replacement at Perch Lake to start September 5
DULUTH, Minn. – The Highway 23 culvert at Perch Lake near Gary New Duluth will be replaced as a part of a Minnesota Department of Natural Resources project starting on September 5. Motorists should expect a signal-controlled single lane bypass. Work is expected to last through October 20.
