I-35 drainage structure repairs in Duluth to start September 5
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be starting drainage structure repairs on I-35 in Duluth on September 5. Work will be taking place between 5th Avenue West and 26th Avenue East starting on the northbound outside lane and shoulder. Motorists should expect lane and shoulder closures Monday through Friday. Operations also will later take place on the inside northbound lanes and southbound inside and outside lanes. This project is expected to be complete on October 22.
