Highway 25 closes overnights in Monticello the week of Sept. 25

ST. CLOUD, Minn.—The Minnesota Department of Transportation reports that Highway 25 (Pine Street) will close and detour south of the Mississippi River in Monticello for work at the Wright County Road 75/Broadway Street intersection the week of Monday, Sept. 25.

The closure will occur each overnight between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. from south of the Mississippi River at River Street to Fourth Street. Here is what to expect:

Northbound Highway 25 will detour along East Fourth Street, Cedar Street and East River Street
Southbound Highway 25 will detour along West River Street, Locust Street and West Fourth Street
A temporary signal is operational at Highway 25 (Pine Street) and Fourth Street
The Highway 25 bridge over the Mississippi River in Monticello will be open at all times
