Hwy 65 culvert replacement north of Hwy 27 to start Oct. 2
DULUTH, Minn. – Minnesota Department of Transportation will start a culvert replacement project on Highway 65 approximately two miles north of Highway 27 on Oct. 2. Traffic will be restricted to a one lane bypass controlled by a temporary signal for approximately three weeks. Culvert work will take place one half at a time and is expected to be complete on Oct. 27.
