Ramp from eastbound I-494 to southbound Hwy100/Normandale Blvd. closes October 8
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Beginning at 10:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the ramp from eastbound Interstate 494 to southbound Highway 100/Normandale Boulevard in Bloomington. This closure, which will remain in place through late October, is necessary so construction crews can begin work to realign and reconstruct the ramp.
Motorists can use the cloverleaf ramps from eastbound I-494 to northbound Highway 100 to westbound I-494 to southbound Highway 100 as a local detour.
Motorists are urged to plan ahead and allow extra time to reach their destination. All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather and schedule permitting and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, and slowdown in work zones where workers are present.
