Intermittent I-35 off-ramp closures at 21st Avenue East in Duluth Oct. 11 and 12
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will have intermittent closures of the northbound I-35 offramp at 21st Avenue East in Duluth while catch basins are repaired on the ramp.
Drainage structure repair work on both northbound and southbound I-35 will continue through Oct. 22. Motorists should expect daytime shoulder and lane closures where work is occurring.
