Ramp from westbound I-494 to Penn Avenue in Richfield closes November 5
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Beginning at 10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the ramp from westbound Interstate 494 to Penn Avenue in Richfield. This closure, which will remain in place until late November, is necessary so construction crews can begin work to reconstruct and widen the ramp.
Motorists traveling on westbound I-494 can use France Avenue to Eastbound I-494 to Penn Avenue as a detour.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather and schedule permitting and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, and slowdown in work zones where workers are present.
