Highway 135 culvert replacement near Embarrass starts Sept. 16
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be closing Highway 135 for a culvert replacement near Embarrass on Sept. 16. The culvert is located 1.3 miles south of County Road 26/Wahlsten Road on Highway 135. Traffic will be detoured on Wahlsten Road to County Road 21. Work is expected to last through Sept. 29.
