Hwy 30 resurfacing completed between Stewartville and Chatfield

STEWARTVILLE, Minn. – Highway 30 resurfacing is completed between Stewartville and Chatfield, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

The work started July 15 and was completed in October. During that time, crews:

Resurfaced 15 miles of Hwy 30 from 5th Avenue NE in Stewartville to Mill Creek Road in Chatfield.
Constructed 6-foot-wide shoulders from Maplebrook Drive NE to 15th Avenue NE in Stewartville.
Made accessibility improvements from Maplebrook Drive NE to 12 Avenue NE in Stewartville.
Installed new lighting at Olmsted County Road 1.
Made culvert improvements.
