Westbound Interstate 94 closed near Downer due to crash
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (6:45 a.m.)—Westbound Interstate 94 is temporarily closed between Downer and Highway 336 near Moorhead due to a crash. Motorists should use Exit 15 and follow the signed interstate alternate routes.
Westbound I-94 will reopen once the crash is cleared.
