Moving Greater Minnesota Forward Phase 3: Scaling Success
Phase 2 projects that have demonstrated successful pilot implementation and potential to scale will be supported to transition to Phase 3. Funding models for Phase 3 scaling may come in the form of private equity investment, invitation to compete for procurement awards through existing federal and state programs, or the establishment of public-private partnerships to leverage public, private, and philanthropic funding sources.
We'll work with Phase 2 projects to transition to Phase 3 as projects are ready to scale.
