Learn about our 2025-2028 STIP
The 2025-2028 Minnesota's State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) was approved by FHWA and FTA on Nov. 12, 2024. The STIP is a comprehensive schedule of over $13 billion in federal, state, local, and private funding resources for prioritized capital improvement projects over the four-state fiscal year period, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. The 2025-2028 STIP includes Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs), as adopted by each Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), Area Transportation Improvement Program (ATIPs), as adopted by each Area Transportation Partnership (ATP), and the centrally/statewide priority items.
