Posterboards

A posterboard is an exhibit containing various posters that are required by state and federal law. The prime contractor is responsible to construct a posterboard that contains all required posters and place it on the project site of work.

Wage complaints

Labor Compliance accepts complaints involving nonpayment of prevailing wages for work performed under a transportation-related construction contract that is funded in whole or in part with state and/or federal funds.
