Hwy 53 reopens to 21st Avenue West in Duluth
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation, as part of the Twin Ports Interchange project, has reopened the 21st Avenue West ramps at Highway 53 in Duluth. Additional bridges and ramps connecting to/from I-35 and I-535 are scheduled for competition by fall of 2025.
