Public invited May 13 to learn about plans for Highway 23 in Rockville
	      ST.  CLOUD, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of  Transportation invites the Rockville community to learn about  plans to improve safety on Highway 23 at Stearns County Road 8 on Tuesday, May  13. 
The  meeting will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at  Rockville City Hall, 229 Broadway Street East, Rockville. The  project team will begin the meeting with a formal presentation, followed by an  opportunity for guests to share comments or concerns. 
          MnDOT will improve safety and  reconfigure the intersection of Highway 23 at Stearns County Road 8 in  Rockville with a J-turn design in 2027. J-turns are proven to reduce serious  and fatal crashes caused by T-bone crashes at intersections. Learn  more about J-turn benefits in Minnesota.
