Reason for retiring policy

Minnesota Management and Budget eliminated the enterprise health screening requirement; therefore, employees are no longer required to complete the mandatory health screening for potential exposure to COVID-19 and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to entering the workplace each day and this policy is no longer needed. The health screening requirement has been replaced with “Well at Work” guidance (HR/LR Memo #2022-1). Employees are expected to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19, stay home if sick or experiencing symptoms, and report to their supervisor if they are sick or experiencing symptoms.
