Reason for retiring policy

Due to falling COVID-19 cases in many areas across the state, Minnesota Management and Budget rescinded the statewide Face Coverings policy – HR/LR #1442 on February 28, 2022. Effective immediately, MnDOT employees are no longer required to wear face coverings in the workplace. Employees may choose to continue to wear a face covering.
