Reason for retiring policy
Minnesota Management and Budget rescinded the statewide COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination and Testing Policy (HR/LR #1446) on May 24, 2022. Effective immediately, MnDOT employees are no longer required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or undergo mandatory COVID-19 testing. Employees are encouraged to follow Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines regarding vaccination and testing.
