Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Wayfinding Signs
About
Minnesota Statute 160.802 established a wayfinding signing program for outdoor, public access automatic external defibrillators (AED) on Minnesota roadways. Under the program, a qualified participant may request signs to be placed on a roadway to identify the location of outdoor AEDs which are available for public use. All costs associated with installation, maintenance, and removal of signage must be paid by a qualified participant to the relevant road authority.
