About this project
Grade raise on Hwy 75 north and south of Perley. In addition to the grade raise, project elements include the following:
- Grade raise on CR 39 in Perley
- Highway 75 concrete mainline, bituminous shoulders
- Norman CR 39 mill and overlay within the town of Perley
Phase 1
Phase 1 construction on Highway 75 in Perley will complete late September 2024. The Highway 75 grade raise project will continue in spring 2025. When the project begins again, the overall traffic impact will be much lower as the preparation of this construction will be completed in 2024. The existing detour will be lifted with completion of Phase 1 construction.
Phase 2
Phase 2 (Hwy 75 south of CR 39 intersection) will take place in May 2025. During Phase 2 motorists will detour utilizing Norman County roads 39 and 12, as well as Clay County roads 11 and 34.
Phase 3
Phase 3 (Norman CR 39 west of Hwy 75 intersection) is planned for late-May 2025 to mid-June 2025.

This project will include a detour.
Motorists will detour utilizing Norman County roads 25, 4, 39, 12, as well as Clay County roads 11 and 34.
