Detour map for the Stage 1C and 2A section of the Hwy 59, Hwy 108 reconstruction project in Pelican Rapids — Detour map for Stages 1C, 2A and 4A. Stage 4A is the only section that remains closed.

Highway 59 has reopened to all traffic! Thanks to the downtown business community for their patience during this year's construction!
Highway 108 east closed from the Hwy 59 roundabout up to 2 1/2 Street.
- Follow in-town detour routes or thru-traffic routes to avoid in-town backups.
- Businesses are OPEN! Check in with your destination to determine the best way to get to them.

Construction schedule

Construction will be completed in phases, starting in April 2024 through Fall 2025. All work and schedules are weather dependent.

Current stages in progress:

Stage 4A (Hwy 108 east, Hwy 59 to 2 1/2 St)
Trail construction on Hwy 108 west. Shoulder closures.
