Equipment purchasing contracts
We're responsible for equipment purchasing, which also includes development of detailed technical specifications. Procurement contracts are prepared to not only serve MnDOT internal customers but also other units of local government throughout Minnesota.
Contract number that is MnDOT only, is limited to MnDOT only, unless a mutual agreement is executed between the State and the contract vendor. Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members and other State agencies may be added to the contract through a fully executed amendment.
