I-94/Manning Avenue ramp closures in Washington County begin Aug. 11

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter additional ramp closures on Interstate 94 in Woodbury on Friday, August 11 as part of the I-94 Oakdale to St. Croix construction project, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Beginning at 5 a.m. Friday, August 11, the following I-94 ramps will be closed and detoured through 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1 for pavement resurfacing:

Eastbound I-94 to Manning Avenue

Detour: Eastbound I-94, Hwy 95/St. Croix Trail, westbound I-94, and Manning Avenue

Manning Avenue to eastbound I-94

Detour: Manning Avenue, Hudson Road S., Hwy 95/St. Croix Trail, and eastbound I-94

All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution and slow down in work zones where workers are present.

MnDOT will be resurfacing the pavement and making other improvements to I-94 between Highway 120/Century Avenue and the St. Croix River through fall 2024.
