February 2, 2024 Letting; CMGC
The CMGC project letting has moved from January 18, 2024 letting to February 2, 2024 per Addendum 1.
The CMGC letting is open only to the CMGC Contractor. The scope of work involves grade separation at TH10/11th Street in Moorhead, MN under two BNSF rail lines.

FHWA Form-1273, federally funded contracts revised
By Oct. 23, 2023, contractors must physically incorporate the revised October 2023 FHWA Form-1273 in all Federal-aid subcontracts and lower-tier subcontracts.
The requirement to use the revised October 2023 FHWA Form-1273 does not apply to pre-existing contracts.
The revised FHWA Form-1273, as well as a section-by-section breakdown of the revisions is available on the Federal Highway Administration website .
The FHWA Form-1273 must be, at a minimum, referenced in Purchase Orders that contain actual construction activities .
Juneteenth holiday observance
The Juneteenth Holiday, as signed into State law by Governor Tim Walz on Feb. 3, 2023, will be observed on all MnDOT projects effective the 2024 construction season.
Bid Express
All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express. Contractors should allow three to five days to set up their account with Bid Express and to secure their digital ID. More about bidding .

All bids are evaluated in the post-letting period. Contract award (issuing of contract documents) is typically made within 30 days after letting once all contract clearances have been met. Contract approval is given when a contract has been fully executed and all approval clearances have been obtained.

12-month tentative letting schedules provide information on anticipated projects available for letting in the next 12 months. The letting coordinator regularly updates the schedule. This schedule does not include State Aid projects (SAP numbers).
