Project Summary:
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will resurface Highway 11 from Highway 89 to the Diversion Bridge in Roseau. The project also includes sidewalk upgrades and bridge improvements. Construction will take place in 2025. Motorists can expect a detour during construction.
The project will address identified needs of pavement condition and ride quality to improve safety.
Staging
Detour A: Traffic will be detoured using Hwy 89, Center St. and 3rd Ave.
Detour B: Traffic will be detoured using Hwy 89, Center St. and 11th Ave
