Lane closures
5 a.m. Mon, Oct. 28 through Fri, Nov. 29
- I-94 is reduced to two lanes in both directions between 11th Ave. S. and Franklin Ave. S.E.
Ramp closures
11 p.m. Wed, Oct. 30 through 5 a.m. Thu, Oct. 31
- The ramp from EB I-94 to 9th St. is closed
5 a.m. Mon, Oct. 28 through Fri, Nov. 29
- The ramp from NB I-35W to EB I-94 is closed

Information about upcoming traffic impacts will be posted as details become available. Motorists can expect lane and ramp closures on I-94 between downtown Minneapolis and the Franklin Ave. bridge over I-94.
About this project
We will be doing maintenance and repair work on five bridges along I-94 in Minneapolis. These bridges include:
- I-94 bridge (Dartmouth Bridge) that spans the Mississippi River
- Riverside Ave. bridge over I-94
- I-94 over Cedar Ave.
- I-94 over the Light Rail Transit (Blue Line)
- I-94 over Hwy 55/Hiawatha Ave.

- Resurface bridge pavement
- Remove and replace bridge joints
- Update guardrails
- Upgrade drainage
- Repaint bridge steel
